[Bug] help text is not updated when you leave the vlan

Immediately after leaving the vlan, `Chelp` shows the last help text from the VLAN you "qualified for", which is misleading (if you skip the vlan, it will say sentience unverified, for example. Or whatever the last step your help showed). Restarting the client is often needed to get proper `Chelp` back. Would be nice if leaving the vlan automatically updated help to show the normal MUD help output.
