[Idea] Way for scripts to measure memory usage.

This would be incredibly useful for script debugging among other things. For example, scrapers are hard to use due to OOM issues in corps. If the scraper is able to tell when it's using too much memory, it can halt quickly. Another example could be trying to find memory leaks in scripts. I think this could be implemented via a variable/function similarly to _START, etc.
