Intellectual Property Rights
You represent and warrant that any material or content you provide to or post on the Service belongs to you and does not infringe any intellectual property rights of others. You retain intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to any material or content you provide or post. By providing or posting any material or content to the Service, you irrevocably grant to Drizzly Bear, and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to such material or content.
Collected Information
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission. Drizzly Bear uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, and research. Transfer of Account Information
We may transfer information about you if Drizzly Bear is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Drizzly Bear will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Virtual Goods
Our games may offer virtual items that can be purchased for use in the game. These purchases are not refundable in whole or in part. Likewise, many items are consumable and once used will not be restored or replaced. Anything purchased through your account is considered authorized by you. Do not let anyone else use your account and always use a secure password to protect yourself from unauthorized use of your accounts.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account on our system for any reason, including but not limited to: abuse of other users (such as trolling, griefing, stalling, or harassment), abuse of the service (such as DDOS attacks or cheating), or other behavior we deem inappropriate. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of this action and our reasoning by contacting you using the information you have provided to us. If we terminate your access, you will receive no refund of any virtual goods, currency or other purchases you may have made. You will lose access to all in-game progress, achievements, experience, and other data saved on our servers.
Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW. We may lose your data and errors in our software may cause it to malfunction and we cannot be held liable for these or any other faults related to the service.
