[Idea] gui.soundboard
`Fgui`.`Lsoundboard`{track:"in risk we trust"} // changes currently playing song to in risk we trust. Can play hardline tracks out of hardline and vice versa
`Fgui`.`Lsoundboard`{sfx:"gc xfer out"} // plays the gc xfer out sound over current music
Fullsec, CLI only (not scriptable). Like all the other gui scripts.

I like this idea a lot, but I feel there isn't much purpose if it isn't scriptable (the xfer sound in particular). Perhaps if this was at highsec it would then be appropriate to use in scripts? I see a lot of potential for a scriptable soundboard. (i.e. action feedback for games or utilities)
It would also be nice to play the lock error/unlocked sound effects without adding the relevant strings to script output:
`A>>``Fgui``A.``Lsoundboard` `A{` `Nsfx``A : ``V"lock error/unlocked"` `A}`

Yeah, i'm on the fence on scriptability. I don't think changing music tracks is a good idea (some people might love/hate certain tracks), but sfx could be useful. But usually in games soundboards aren't super useful, they are just there because cool sounds.
I think if sfx are scriptable, it'd have to be #FMCL'd too.
