Now that you can xfer upgrades by serial number, it would be great if we could manage upgrades by SN. (It would also save some `Fsys`.`Lupgrades` calls, because we wouldn't need to map SNs to indexes anymore.) Example: `Fsys`.`Lmanage` {`Nload`: `V"5de459b59d26b405e3b2585f"`}
