I am releasing `Fhmbms`, an open-source botnet management system.

At a glance it looks alright to me, just a couple things that I would change.
1. You seem to be using #db.u when #db.u1 would work just fine. This is inefficient.
2. In the initial database startup (lines 12-15) you are inserting data, and then immediately fetching it. There is no need for the fetch, you just inserted the data, it shouldn't have changed since insertion unless some *really* weird stuff is happening.
3. The bot part is in the same script as the management part. I personally would have them separate, but I'm not entirely sure how much parse time matters, so maybe this is ok as is?
4. Using scripts.lib is bad, as it adds quite a bit of parse time from the import. It is fairly trivial to replicate the useful functions, so do that.
