Autocompletes for sys are screwed?

All of my autocompletes for sys are broken. It doesn't autocomplete to anything but 'sys.w4rn_message' and when I run the script it returns:
:::TRUST COMMUNICATION::: PARSE ERROR sys.w4rn_message: upgrade for script is not loaded.
I had the script, loaded it, tested it, and unloaded and removed it. Now I can't use the autocompletes for sys except for sys.w4rn_message.
