Only getting first trust auth key for both users

I had 2 users and I got into the game and was having fun but later I wanted to change a name so I retired user2. I created a new user so I had two active users but now I'm only getting f1rST:"H4lf" as the key for both of my active users. Did I hit a bug where user2 is my only "second user" even though user2 is retired? I can't get past trust auth now. Plz help :(

Thanks. I had the same dilemma. I had one retired user and two active ones. Now I'm going to retire the second one and replace him. :)
