Potential bug need help with sys.xfer_gc_from yrollam

Immediately after I breach the system and I have plenty of GC to perform the sys.xfer_gc_from. I tried getting rid of all of my money, hitting the system again to fail on purpose then farming up some more off the laundery list. I thought that maybe I had caused a bug because I had farmed so much from the list initially.
When che had mentioned running out of money and needing to get more that seemed like the game was saying "Hey you need to do that" but I did not need to do that.
Perhaps I'm just overlooking something thanks in advance.
**UPDATE**
I got my second user through the firewall portion and then was able to us the command on yrollam and continue. Still not sure why it wouldn't work before
